Ever wondered what our clean out service is? It is a giant sucker unit attached to the back of our bulk pellet lorries which extracts the pellets and built up dust from a fuel store. We perform clean outs for many reasons - a leaking store, an auger issue, a feed problem etc. It is recommended by the UK Pellet council that a pellet store is cleaned out after every 5 deliveries or once every two years, whichever comes first, to ensure boiler efficiency and decrease the risk of problems.
